Overview

DistrictIQ is a public K–12 sales-intelligence platform for facilities and capital-project vendors. Rebeka Sinclair founded the Wisconsin company.

Products and capabilities

DistrictIQ analyzes K–12 board packets, minutes, financial records, capital plans, debt schedules, referendums, and purchasing discussions. It identifies early capital-project signals, models project stages, and alerts vendors before an RFP.

Integrations

Customer-facing export surfaces: CSV and live Power Query exports into the customer's CRM and tools. The June 14, 2026 privacy policy also names Supabase for authentication and storage, Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, and OpenAI for AI summarization and tagging.

Strengths and limitations

Strengths

  • Board-packet, minutes, and financial-record monitoring.
  • Extraction and structuring of feasibility studies, long-range facility plans, referendum planning, debt rolloff, architect/construction-manager selection, and strategic-purchasing signals.
  • Capital-cycle stage modeling.

Limitations

  • Coverage is strongest in Wisconsin and Florida.
  • The order form defines the coverage included in a subscription.
