Data Packs, claims, corrections, and inquiries
GovTechRate stores information you submit, including work email, company domain, campaign criteria, company or organization, profile, evidence, buying context, and limited anti-abuse data. IP addresses are stored only as one-way hashes for rate limiting.
02 / Data Pack retention
Short-lived links and generated files.
Email-verification links expire after 24 hours. Secure status and download links expire after seven days. Generated sample and Data Pack CSV files are deleted after 30 days. Minimal order and transaction records may be retained for operations, accounting, dispute handling, and abuse prevention.
03 / Use and access
Delivery, review, and audit.
Submission data is not published and is available only to authorized site administrators. Work email and company-domain data are used to personalize the sample, communicate status, and enforce the one-sample-per-domain limit.
04 / First-party measurement
No third-party behavioral tracker.
GovTechRate records aggregate directory counts and first-party funnel events such as sample started, email verified, sample ready, checkout started, paid, and delivered. These events measure service operation rather than advertising behavior.
05 / Payment and external services
Stripe and third-party links.
Payment checkout may be provided by Stripe under its own privacy terms. Vendor links lead to third-party websites governed by their own policies.
