02 / Enterprise data scope
One defined market and CSV.
Enterprise CSV projects start at $999 and contain non-exclusive, source-backed U.S. public-sector signals matched to confirmed coverage criteria. Delivered rows include organization context, a dated signal, source URL, and verification date.
03 / Fulfillment
Confirmation starts the work.
Delivery timing begins after payment succeeds and coverage criteria are confirmed. One criteria change is included before manual verification begins. If the agreed scope cannot be fulfilled, GovTechRate will offer revised coverage, a smaller dataset, or a refund rather than pad the file with weak rows.
04 / Quality guarantee
Invalid rows are replaced.
Rows are verified within the agreed freshness window. An invalid row reported within 14 days is replaced at no charge. A full-project refund is not guaranteed when the agreed fields, coverage, and row count were delivered.
05 / Commercial independence
No pay-to-rank.
Data purchases, enhanced profiles, lead routing, and sponsorships do not alter directory selection, profile facts, correction decisions, or homepage vendor selections.
