02 / Data Pack scope
One defined campaign.
The $149 base Data Pack contains 250 non-exclusive U.S. public-sector organizations matched to confirmed targeting criteria. Every delivered row includes an official URL, geography, organization type, dated buying signal, source URL, and verification date. Professional contacts are a separately priced add-on.
03 / Fulfillment
Confirmation starts the clock.
The two-working-day delivery target begins after payment succeeds and targeting criteria are confirmed. One filter change is included before manual verification begins. If 250 qualified matches do not exist, GovTechRate will offer broader filters, a smaller pack, or a full refund rather than pad the file with weak matches.
04 / Quality guarantee
Invalid rows are replaced.
Rows are verified within 30 days before delivery. An invalid organization or contact reported within 14 days is replaced at no charge. A full-pack refund is not guaranteed when the agreed filters and row count were delivered.
05 / Commercial independence
No pay-to-rank.
Data Pack purchases, enhanced profiles, lead routing, and sponsorships do not alter experimental scores, organic rankings, comparison results, correction decisions, or homepage vendor selections.
