Kantiv is a pursuit-intelligence platform for architecture, engineering, and construction marketing and business-development teams. It launched as Joist AI in 2022, rebranded to Kantiv in 2026, and moved from joist.ai to kantiv.com.

Products and capabilities

Kantiv connects proposals, project history, staff expertise, client relationships, and images in one pursuit workspace. It reads RFP requirements, finds relevant past work, builds a storyboard and first draft, and tracks reviews, addenda, and compliance.
